    Having lived in Central Florida for most of my life and worked in Residential and Commercial Real Estate over 20 years, you can say my experience speaks for itself! This diverse background has enabled me to creatively diversify to accommodate any residential or commercial client. As an expert facilitator and skilled negotiator, I’m relentless with my personal expectations and work diligently to ensure all of my clients are satisfied. Nothing is too large or small and each client is always given the same amount of dedication and effort on my behalf. My commitment to outstanding customer service is what drives me through each and every transaction. After all, real estate is my full-time career and I absolutely love what I do! I quickly learned the true meaning of the golden rule, “Treat others how you would like to be treated”. It sounds simple, but it is what I believe to be one of the key factors in having any successful business. I made a decision back when I first began my real estate career to always strive to make my clients know that they are my number one priority. I keep a positive attitude and express my enthusiasm toward my career and my clients.

    Kim enjoys spending time with her husband Dave, 5 kids, and grandson. We love to go boating, sporting events, golfing basically anything outdoors. I love to entertain and cook for 2 -100 people. That is why I love my job, I get to form relationships with my buyers, sellers and vendors on a daily basis. I started Geneva Networking Group in 2019, so I try to stay on top of top vendors in the area and take pride in being able to refer to friends, family, and clients.
